ETH Belgrade Hackathon – an opportunity for game devs to compete for $50k
From June 3rd to 5th, one of the most important hackathons in this part of Europe will be organized in Belgrade. ETH Belgrade Hackathon is back for its third edition and is expected to surpass the previous two in terms of participants and awards. Here’s why it could be interesting for everyone in the gaming industry:
1. The hackathon is friendly for game devs as well as beginners
One of the sponsors is Xsolla ZK, a project oriented towards gamers, and as part of the hackathon, they will have a separate track.
2. The prize fund is $50,000
The organizers and sponsors of the ETH Belgrade Hackathon have provided what is probably the largest prize pool for a hackathon in the region. Well-known teams such as Chainlink, Polkadot, Oasis, Ledger and others will award $50,000 to the best projects through bounties.
3. The hackathon is a ticket to the conference
The ETH Belgrade Hackathon and the conference are taking place in parallel. All confirmed participants in the hackathon therefore have the opportunity to visit the three-day conference, listen to experts from the ecosystem and get acquainted with numerous teams supporting gaming projects, such as the aforementioned Chainlink, but also Metamask, Reown, Consesys and others.
