As part of Ubisoft’s ongoing commitment to building a more inclusive and diverse gaming industry, this initiative offers a unique opportunity for aspiring creators to learn, grow, and bring their ideas to life.

Who It’s For
Develop at Ubisoft is open to women and nonbinary talents with less than two years of professional experience who are passionate about entering the world of game development. You need to be:
📚A current student or recent graduate,
🤝 Looking for guidance, hands-on experience on your own personal project and mentorship from experienced game developers.
What the Program Offers
Participants will:
- Be paired with a volunteer Ubisoft Belgrade mentor specializing in Programming.
- Develop their own creative project — with full ownership — guided by professional mentorship.
- Take part in a structured journey: exploratory chats in October, followed by training, and then 1:1 mentoring from January to May 2026.
