We are expanding our game design team at Top Eleven and are looking for talented and motivated gaming enthusiasts who can leverage their understanding of complex game systems to provide engaging and entertaining features for our worldwide football management hit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Use strong design processes that include problem definition, usability principles, research, sketching, and prototyping of design concepts to come up with design solutions that will enrich the experience of our players and address different game challenges
- Take a creative direction or loosely defined idea and carefully translate it into a full design
- Design compelling and engaging game experiences for a diverse set of new and emerging concepts that we explore
- Prototype, iterate, and eventually ship successful and cohesive game features
- Design meta-game systems, user journeys, and game balancing, while supporting the development of other game elements as needed
- Research and introduce new mechanics and systems into your design work proactively
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
- You’ll collaborate closely with Art, UX, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure that the features you deliver align with both business goals and player needs
WE ARE A MATCH, IF YOU:
- Have a strong foundation in game design with a deep understanding of meta-game design, free-to-play monetization concepts, and gameplay mechanics
- Have a strong understanding of the mobile free-to-play industry
- Have basic knowledge of applied mathematics – statistics and probability, algebra, calculus
- Have skills in any spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Excel)

- Have 1+ years of relevant experience in the mobile gaming industry
