That’s why we’re looking for a Product Owner with solid expertise, someone who is eager to make games from scratch in this new genre and wants to be involved in creating new hits at Playkot.

Key Responsibilities
- Development and launching of Telegram mini-games.
- Formulation and implementation of product strategy.
- Setting and communicating goals.
- Product and project management: idea search, hypothesis testing, prototyping, release, scaling, operation.
- Developing a product team, including hiring.
What we expect from you
- Experience working as a Product Owner/Producer on successful Telegram projects or hyper casual mobile games (from 0 to 1).
- Proactive, results-oriented.
- Experience working on projects with hybrid monetization, understanding how to work with the Telegram platform, hypercasual/hybridcasual games and knowledge of the key players in the field.
- Deep understanding of game design.
- Experience in building (and managing) a strong product team: both from the people and processes sides.
- Understanding how marketing works and how changes in a product can impact marketing.
- The ability to work with analytics, thirst for numbers. Understanding of marketing and product metrics.
- Management of the product’s PnL.
- A good understanding of development processes and the ability to make effective product decisions.
- Ability to convey your thoughts clearly, systemic thinking.
