From shaping the product vision and roadmap to analyzing player feedback and refining the experience, you’ll ensure each decision adds value and keeps players engaged. Your responsibilities
- Create the vision for games and a roadmap that will deliver it to the right players across the world
- Align game development with market trends, user insights, and company goals, keeping the product relevant and competitive
- Propose and prioritize features based on business objectives, player feedback, and data insights, with the goal of maximizing value and return on investment
- Plan and oversee live game operations, including in-game events, promotions, and seasonal updates, to keep players engaged and excited.
- Provide strategic insights into game and business model design, using data analysis, competitor research, and industry best practices to guide development.
- Create and monitor A/B tests to refine features and monetization strategies, iterating based on outcomes to enhance the player experience and drive revenue.
- Develop data-driven business cases to guide product decisions, demonstrating the impact of insights on key product metrics.
- Inspire cross-functional teams, aligning their efforts with the product vision and ensuring they’re united in creating a compelling game experience.
What we’re looking for
Experienced Product Manager: Proven experience in game development, with a solid grasp of the stages, challenges, and intricacies involved in creating successful mobile games.
Strong Analytical Skills: Skilled in data interpretation, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that enhance the player experience and game performance.
Player-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of player needs and game trends, committed to delivering top-notch gaming experiences.
Expertise in Monetization Strategies: Demonstrated experience with in-game monetization, understanding of pricing models, and proficiency in creating sustainable revenue strategies.
Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled at leading teams, with strong ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Passion for (mobile) Gaming: Genuine enthusiasm for gaming, staying informed on industry trends and committed to delivering high-quality, player-centric experiences.
