As a Product Manager, you will set the strategy and define features of our free-to-play mobile games. We believe that you can help us make a G.O.A.T. product and to do that you will:
- Collaborate with the Analytics Team to identify key opportunities for further game development in all aspects
- Drive the strategic decisions on current and future investments through reporting on the performance of projects and exploratory data analyses
- Develop player-driven product features, objectives, and strategies based on experience, data and best practices
- Lead and develop product initiatives across different functional teams by establishing a shared vision and collaboration
- Build up the needed team capabilities in cooperation with Technical and Team Leads
We are expecting you to put your efforts and be involved in managing the entire lifecycle of the product. Product Manager is ultimately responsible for the performance of the game. This means the Product Manager collaborates with the developers, game designers, and artists to create the game and continually improve it with new features. That’s why it’s important to us that you have:
- At least 2 years experience in the gaming industry and working in the teams that have delivered business value/impact.
- Wealth of practical experience with iOS and Android freemium games marketplaces, trends and best practices
- Experience in using data to drive the development direction for the games
- Significant experience in applying analytics to answer business questions and mine for insights that drive value in a mobile B2C business
- Fluency in the English language
- Love for games is simply a must!
We’ll consider it a plus if you have:
- Project management knowledge, experience in using project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or similar
- Created a successful game in the past
- Experience in A/B testing
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to use behavioral data to create ad-hoc metrics allowing the team to truly design for the players
- The intermediate level of proficiency in the Serbian language
