You will be part of an independent game studio whose products are 100% built in-house. Working with us means working in a stimulating environment that gives you the opportunity to create a direct impact and unleash your potential. We believe that it’s better to move fast and learn from mistakes than to move slowly and miss opportunities. Above all, we are as excited about playing games as we are about making them.
As a Game Designer, you will lead the creation of games for different audiences and game platforms, and you will be:
- Designing games for a range of devices and platforms that engage and capture the imagination of the user
- Collaborating with other departments throughout the development of the project and making sure that it meets the highest quality standards and that the players have the best experience
- Responsible for the design and documentation of all gameplay and narrative aspects of games; game design documentation includes a detailed description of gameplay, game mechanics, features, player interactions, and overall user experience
- Suggesting and implementing new features or updates to solve problems and enhance player experience
- Conducting market research and cooperating with the Marketing and Analytics teams to understand audience preferences
- Keeping up-to-date with mobile game market trends, playing and analyzing mobile games, and sharing new insights with the team.
If you can talk for hours about games and you bee-lieve in your creativity, then you might have what it takes to be a designer. You will work closely with Product Manager and Producer, and be part of the entire lifecycle of the product. Also, you will be a part of a multidisciplinary team of game developers, artists, and quality assurance engineers; that team will be responsible for developing the ideas you, as a Game Designer, come up with. That’s why it’s important to us that you have a:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Passion for different genres of F2P games
- Innovativity and ability to work effectively in a data-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of how software development process works and basic principles of art design and animation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
We’ll consider it a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of game design theory and game mechanics
- Previous experience in implementing different monetization strategies
