A good demo is usually the first step towards raising larger investments or successfully negotiatig with publishers, but also an excellent part of the portfolio and applications for other, larger funds. Beneficiaries of the Smart Start program will have financial and mentoring support available to help them conduct the first phase of market research, develop products, establish a business model and begin preparations for the next phase of fundraising.
- The funding provided by the fund can be up to 30,000 euros per project, covering a maximum of 90% of the estimated costs
- All users will also receive 5,000 euros in additional funds for mentoring support, which can further speed up work on the game
- Teams of 2 to 5 members can apply, or studios registered in the last two years with up to 10 employees
The public call for applications is open until February 22, 2022, by 3 p.m. It is necessary to fill in the application form and submit a three-minute video that represents a short presentation of the product, service concept or team members.
