As a Senior Game Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative direction of our games. You will lead the conceptualization and design of innovative game mechanics, systems, and user experiences. Your insights into player psychology and engagement will drive the development of immersive, player-driven narratives that set our games apart. You’ll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to push the boundaries of game design and set new industry standards.
Who You Are
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in game design development, with a strong background in both crafting and playing casual and F2P games.
- You possess a deep understanding of player psychology and engagement, advocating for player-centric design principles.
- You have expertise in data analysis with a track record of producing successful, actionable outcomes.
- You are experienced in designing mechanics that create deep, emergent gameplay experiences.
- You have experience collaborating with cross-departmental teams, including designers, artists, and product managers.
- You are proactive, capable of providing visionary leadership, and shape the game’s direction based on market and player trends.
- You demonstrate flair for working seamlessly within a dynamic and evolving environment.
