We are looking for the person who will join our team for the position of Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Responding on office phone and correspondence via e-mail
- Receiving post for the office and coordinating it
- Guiding employees and visitors in the office
- Responsible to control and order snacks, coffee and water for the office
- Responsible to control and order stationary for the office
- Responsible to control and order paper goods and hygiene for the office
- Responsible for the control of the cleaning and technical level of the office.
- Organizing and coordinating taxi/delivery process for the employees and guests
- Organizing travels and visa coordinating
- Providing support for the security group
- Other office tasks per the supervisor request
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 6 months of experience as receptionist or similar positions
- Strong English and Serbian skills in written and spoken language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Ready for multitasking
