- You have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience working in HR within the IT industry
- IT roles, HR processes and HR systems, industry trends, and community is something that you are deeply familiar with
- You are highly organized, systematic, and neat to the core
- You consider yourself a flexible, proactive, and worldly-wise person
- You have a keen eye for details, but that doesn’t ruin your bigger picture
- You are in love with teamwork and being collaborative
- You are well-spoken, assertive and able to cope with unexpected challenges calmly
- You are an efficient implementer and the status quo bothers you
- You are up to date with the latest industry trends because it inspires you with ideas for improvement
- You know your way around Google Workspace and Trello
- You have already used some type of HRIS solution so far
- Your English is at least at B1 level
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and changing procedures on Ing’s internal website and implementing them according to the instructions of the People & Culture Manager.
- Helping employees in understanding the defined procedures and administering incoming requests from colleagues.
- Keeping People & Culture records for the monthly and annual reports’ needs, analyzing metrics, and creating proposals for the achievement of defined team goals.
- Managing and analyzing costs and benefits.
- Implementing existing employee benefit programs, analyzing and creating proposals for the development of new benefit programs in accordance with IT trends and the approved budget.
- Planning and organizing internal events and team bonding activities in accordance with the budget and team goals.
- Implementation of the onboarding and offboarding process and their improvement based on monitoring market trends, and in accordance with Ing’s culture and values.
- Implementation of other HR processes, analysis, and its improvement in accordance with employees’ needs.
- Assisting in the maintenance and implementation of the compensation system.
- Coordination with heads of departments and divisions to implement the People & Culture team processes.
