PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc. is creator and a publisher of 18 award-winning mobile games and 9 studios in USA, South East Asia, Middle East and Europe. Playstudios Europe opened its doors in Belgrade in 2021, where we are working on the new Tetris® game and also on the Pop!Slots and MGM Slots Live game.

We are building a best-of-breed development and operations group and are looking for top tier talent who can help us create and optimise high quality games in the rapidly evolving social and mobile gaming markets. We are currently looking for an Office Manager for our Europe studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative & Logistical Support: Ensure office efficiency by providing comprehensive support across all operations, including safety and landlord relations.
  • Office Maintenance & Appearance: Maintain office appearance, suggest improvements, and oversee repairs and maintenance for a productive and pleasant environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing daily activities and ensuring effective communication.
  • Equipment & Supplies Management: Oversee the purchase and maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring all resources are available and functioning.
  • Operational Management: Handle daily operations, including ordering supplies, managing cleaning services, and coordinating deliveries for a well-functioning office.
  • Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating with potential vendors and working with current ones.
  • Support to G&A Departments: Provide administrative and logistical support to G&A departments for seamless operations (e.g., Coupa, Parking).
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange business travel, including flights, transportation, accommodation, and reservations for employees.
  • Visitor Reception: Greet visitors warmly and ensure a positive experience.
  • Office Environment Improvement: Continually seek ways to improve the office environment, functioning as the central figure to maintain a supportive and engaging workplace.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in Office Management or a related role.
  • Fluent in English – both spoken and written
  • Highly responsible and caring individual with a commitment to maintaining a positive office atmosphere.
  • Service-oriented with a can-do approach
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
