Playstudios Europe is looking for an HR Administrator to join our rapidly growing studio in Belgrade.
Your primary responsibility as an HR Administrator will be to keep our records up to date and to adhere to various legal and company protocols. You will be the primary point of contact for any HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners. Being organized and able to prioritize is essential, as is having strong conversational and connection-building abilities, as you will be working with colleagues from various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee records and keeping our internal databases up to dates
- Preparing and amending all HR related documents
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Communicating with external partners
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
- Keep track of HR and training activities, schedule them, and organize them
- Document and track human resources actions by completing forms, reports, and records
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in the role of HR Administrator or HR administrator’s assistant
- BSc in Law or a relevant field
- Deep understanding of labor laws
- Capability to deal with sensitive material in a professional manner
- Great at handling delicate issues that might arise within the company
- Excellent spoken and written English with good communication skills
- A responsible and analytical individual capable of working in a team
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Familiar with various HR software systems
- Experienced in programs such as Word, Excel, etc. (Microsoft Suite)
