You responsibilities
- Lead project team through every stage of game production, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of each milestone.
- Partner with the product management team to set the project’s vision, timelines, and resource needs, keeping everything on track and in sync.
- Track project progress, anticipate challenges, adjust resources and priorities to keep production moving smoothly.
- Act as the central link across the team, fostering alignment, collaboration and synergy between artists, developers, game designers, QA, analytics, and other members of the team.
- Create and maintain clear project schedules, so that every team member knows exactly where they’re headed.
- Actively contribute to refining our processes, boosting productivity, and driving innovations to improve the team efficiency and game quality.
What we’re looking for
- Experienced Producer: Proven experience in project management, ideally in gaming or tech, paired with a genuine interest in mobile games.
- Organized and Solution-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and keep teams on track.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled at leading teams, with strong ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for efficiency: A strong commitment to optimizing processes and workflows while fostering teamwork and synergy to achieve shared goals.
- Self-starter: A self-driven professional who actively seeks out opportunities and drives initiatives forward.
- Player-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of player needs and game trends, committed to delivering top-notch gaming experiences.
