About the job Game Designer
tinyBuild is a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats. The company is responsible for over 70 titles, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, and has a dozen development studios in the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.
We are strengthening our team to work on a new multiplayer survival sandbox open-world project for PC.
You will have the opportunity to join the team at the very beginning of development and significantly influence the successful implementation of the project.
Responsibilities:

Prototype, present, and oversee game systems and mechanics until release-ready state;

Integrate into the engine and configure content;

Develop UI/UX layouts and schemes together with a UI artist;

Configure content and parameters of game systems;

Plan and analyze playtest results;

Analyze game systems of projects in similar genres;

Decompose designs together with the development team.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a game designer;

Experience with PC/console projects is mandatory;

Confident knowledge of UE4/UE5;

Experience working with Openworld, Physics/Simulation, multiplayer games;

Understanding and experience working with complex game systems, including prototyping;

Understanding of the console and indie gaming market, knowledge of modern trends, and the ability to utilize external resources to improve professional skills
English level: Intermediate or higher.
Would Be a Plus:

Experience working on games in the Survival or Sandbox genres.
