- You have proven working experience of minimum 4 years as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role within the IT industry.
- You have a proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- You have a proven ability to position products against competitors.
- You have the ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- You are someone who actively cultivates connections and builds trust and rapport effortlessly.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- You consider yourself to be a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven person.
- Your time management and planning skills are great.
- You are highly proficient in English.
- Solid knowledge of written and verbal German is considered a plus.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new leads/deals, managing the sales cycle, and developing new client relationships.
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
- Developing strong internal relationships and collaborate closely with the Chief Business Officer (CBO) to formulate and execute an effective go-to-market strategy.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Researching to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Creating both strategic and tactical plans to achieve or surpass yearly sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate and timely customer data, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
