WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage several ad revenue streams across our portfolio
- Research new revenue streams, partnerships, mechanisms and tools to impact ad revenue directly
- Perform analysis and optimize existing ad revenue streams
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize ad monetization performance in collaboration with business analysts and data scientists
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams, using a performance and data-driven approach to discover innovative ways to increase ad revenue
- Conduct competitor analysis and research emerging industry trends
- Communicate regularly to cross-functional teams, including the product/game team and others
- Build and maintain relationships with ad networks and industry peers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Around 1 year of experience in Finance, Performance Marketing, or Analytics is preferred
- BA degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Organizational sciences or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis software
- Ability to transform data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication and writing skills, with experience in preparing and presenting reports and feedback to cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Curious and committed to fast and lifelong learning
