The Story structure and World Building workshop comes after several lectures and workshops that the participants of this year’s Playing Narratives program – 30 of them coming from Serbia, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania – had with our experienced narrator Mladen Levnajić.
On this occasion, the workshop presented by our first guest from France Cindy Asselin de Beauville, will deal with how to create a world for video games, and how to use this process to develop the structure of the story. In addition, Cindy will talk about how to briefly present her concept for the game, reviewing the basic concepts that participants have developed over the past weeks through 8 multidisciplinary teams, which will compete in a special pitching event later this year. After that, he will deal with the so-called metrics of the story, and how to use it in the process of developing a narrative.
The lecture that preceded the workshop will be shared soon via SGA YouTube channel.
This program is intended exclusively for participants in the Playing Narratives program, and is not open to the public. Thank you for your understanding.
