There are over 160 titles on the platform. The games are from a wide variety of genres, and most of them are made for PC and mobile platforms. The largest number of games come from Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš, and teams from one person to over 80 people worked on them. This shows the great diversity and potential of the Serbian gaming industry.
On the occasion of the launch of this page, the president of the board, Marija Ilić, said: “We at SGA, among other things, are constantly trying to improve both the local and global visibility of our ecosystem. In addition to good examples of successful companies, as well as an increasing number of studios in the growth phase, the presence of global giants investing in the Serbian video game industry is also growing. SGA has long been a gathering place for all potentially interested parties to obtain information. That’s why we think it’s very important to have all the games produced in Serbia in one place, in order to enable greater visibility of our companies and present the quality of the digital products we have.”
Thanks to this database, which will be constantly expanding, all interested publishers and investors from the gaming world can get to know our projects and studies better, as well as the media, educational institutions and other decision makers.
We remind you that according to the official annual report of SGA, games produced in Serbia were purchased and downloaded more than 370 million times throughout the world. The industry generated 125 million euros in revenue and employs over 2,300 experts from various branches.
