SGA Legal Insights: IP and taxes are no joke!

We invite you to an offline Russian-Serbian seminar, which covers hot topics from the legal environment related to Serbian and Russian game development.

During the two-hour event, we will explore and discuss:

  • Who owns your game? The IP side in the gaming industry. We will focus on critical aspects of intellectual property ownership, protection and management in the gaming industry.
  • Avoid courtroom wars and focus solely on console wars. Hands-on sessions on drafting IP agreements and proper transfer of rights.
  • Level up with tax incentives. Do you know Serbia is encouraging innovation and technological advancement through Tax incentives for R&D projects conducted in Serbia? Understanding eligibility requirements can help your business grow. Plus, case studies of businesses that successfully leveraged tax incentives.
  • Recap and Panel discussion

The event is hosted by BGL (Balkans Gamedev Lawyers). BGL is an international team of IP lawyers from Russia, Serbia and the wider Balkans region.
